3. Refund Methods
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless the buyer and vendor agree to store credit.
Store credit can be requested instead of a refund if the buyer prefers.
4. Exceptions
Custom, clearance or personalised items may be non-refundable, unless damaged in transit.
5. Dispute Resolution
If a buyer and vendor cannot resolve a refund request, Craftee reserves the right to mediate the request to ensure a fair outcome.
6. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors must respond promptly to all refund requests.
Vendors must comply with this default policy unless a more detailed policy is provided in their store, which must not contradict these minimum requirements.
