Shipping Policy
Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Deliveries may take between 2 and 21 days, depending on the delivery option and location. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and we hold no responsibility for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of lequinoessentialstack.com
Selecting the incorrect postage option for your order may result in a delay in your order. Should you select a postage option that does not meet the requirements to deliver your order you will be invoiced for the remainder of the cost of delivery. Please feel free to contact us if you are unsure about the correct postage option for your order.

⚒️ Custom Orders
Custom and made-to-order products (such as our handmade browbands and accessories) are created based on your chosen colours, styles, and details.
Once your design has been confirmed, production will begin and cancellations or changes cannot be made.
⚖️ Faulty or Incorrect Items
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if an item:

If any selected materials are temporarily out of stock, we’ll notify you as soon as possible — your order may be delayed while we wait for supplies to arrive.
📦 Return Conditions
If a return is approved, items must be:
Returned in their original, unused condition
Safely packaged for transport
Posted back within 7 days of approval
Please note that return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is deemed faulty.
